Empowering Women to Empower Our Clients: The Heart Behind Evergreen Studio

Back in 2024, I was still working as a teacher. I was incredibly burnt out, exhausted, and completely unsure of what my next step should be. It was a terrifying position to be in—our family relied on two incomes to cover our everyday needs and to afford the opportunities we wanted to give our kids.

Navigating that season opened my eyes: there are so many women across this country sitting in that exact same position, searching for a path forward.

When I originally co-founded Evergreen Studio in 2024 with my sister, I assumed it would always just be the two of us. But I quickly realized how many talented women out there desperately needed access to flexible work—the ability to earn an income, stay home, and build a career on their own terms.

When I fully took over the leadership of Evergreen Studio in 2025, I made a firm decision: I wanted this company to be a haven. I set out to build a workplace that intentionally empowers women financially, professionally, and emotionally, giving them the freedom to choose how, when, and with whom they work.

My hope was simple: if we support and fulfill the women on our team, they will naturally extend that same care, passion, and devotion to our clients.

And that is how our core mission was born: Empowering Women to Empower Our Clients.

Building a Culture of Humanity & Growth

Knowing firsthand how overwhelming it is to feel stuck as a woman trying to balance family and ambition, we began bringing team members aboard through organic referrals, matching their unique talents with the clients walking through our doors.

The result? The positive ripple effect was immediate.

When our team members felt truly supported, respected, and valued, they passed that exact energy right along to our clients—treating them with the same kindness and empathy they received internally.
